Cookie Policy

Cookies are small pieces of information a website asks a browser to store and return. TRIBE also uses similar browser technologies, such as local storage, to maintain a secure session, remember a setting, or preserve limited application state.

In this policy, "cookies" includes these similar technologies unless the distinction matters. A cookie does not read unrelated files from your device, and the information it carries depends on why it was created.

These technologies are needed to provide a service you request or protect the platform. Blocking them may prevent sign-in, checkout, dashboard access, security validation, or another core feature from working.

• Authentication and session continuity, including recognising a signed-in browser and expiring inactive access.
• Security and fraud prevention, including request integrity, account protection, and abuse controls.
• Shopping and workflow continuity, such as maintaining cart state or an in-progress action.
• Network routing, load management, and basic reliability where our infrastructure providers require it.

Preference storage remembers choices that make TRIBE feel consistent, such as language, selected location, dashboard state, dismissed notices, or interface preferences. It may also help restore the last meaningful dashboard page for the same signed-in user.

Removing preference storage does not delete the information held in your TRIBE account, but the browser may forget local choices and ask you to select them again.

TRIBE may use configured analytics or diagnostic technologies to understand page performance, feature adoption, errors, and aggregate navigation patterns. These tools help us improve reliability and usability; they are not used to treat a screenshot or browser event as proof of payment.

Where applicable law or the technology requires consent, we will request the relevant choice before enabling non-essential tracking. TRIBE does not claim to use advertising cookies merely because the category exists, and we do not sell cookie-derived personal information.

A provider involved in a feature may set or read its own cookies on its website or embedded flow. This can include hosting and security providers, Google sign-in, payment checkout, media delivery, or another service you choose to open.

Third parties control their own technologies and policies. TRIBE limits integrations to an operational purpose, but you should review the provider's notice when you leave TRIBE or enter a provider-hosted experience.

Session cookies normally expire when the session or browser ends. Persistent cookies and local storage remain until their configured expiry, until TRIBE replaces or removes them, or until you clear them. Security and account settings can also invalidate a session before the browser value expires.

We choose duration according to the purpose. A short security value may last minutes, while a language or interface preference may remain longer so you do not need to repeat a choice.

Most browsers let you view, clear, block, or limit cookies and site data. You can usually find these controls under Privacy, Security, Cookies, or Site Data in browser settings. You can also use a private browsing session for a more temporary local state.

Blocking all storage can sign you out and may break the cart, language, dashboard, checkout, and security features. If TRIBE adds a dedicated cookie preference control for optional technologies, that control will complement rather than replace your browser settings.

We may update this policy when browser technology, providers, legal requirements, or TRIBE features change. The effective date above shows the latest published version.
